This impressive showing is not a one-off; previous reports have hinted at Styles’ knack for running.

A 2024 feature by Coach highlighted his mile best of 5:13 and noted that he regularly trains on routes spanning six to eleven miles around London with his trainer.

Although he has been seen sporting other running brands like Hoka in the past, it’s clear that his music and athleticism continue to energize fans including U.S. Olympian Nikki Hiltz.

While many celebrities have taken on marathons, Styles’ ability to finish under the 3:30 barrier puts him in a rare league of top-performing celebrity runners.
